WIC is a health and nutrition program for women, infants and children. WIC helps families by providing nutrition education, breastfeeding support, vouchers for healthy foods, and referrals to healthcare and other community services. You may be eligible to receive WIC services if you meet the income guidelines and are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just had a baby and/or have children under five years of age.
